First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests a single injection of AURN001 in 120 adults with corneal swelling (edema) caused by endothelial dysfunction, including Fuchs' dystrophy. The goal is to see if the injection improves vision by at least 3 lines on an eye chart and reduces corneal thickness at 6 months, compared to a placebo. Participants must already have an artificial lens and be candidates for corneal transplant surgery.
