NCT ID NCT00242307
Summary
This study tested whether a daily pill called roflumilast could help improve lung function in adults with asthma. 450 participants with moderate asthma took either the medication or a placebo pill daily for 24 weeks. Researchers measured changes in breathing, asthma symptoms, and safety to see if the treatment helped control the disease.
