Asthma navigator trial aims to keep kids home and healthy

Summary
This study tests whether extra support from an asthma navigator after a child's hospital stay can reduce asthma-related readmissions. About 340 children aged 4-12 and their caregivers will be randomly assigned to standard care or standard care plus navigator support. The study follows families for 12 months to track hospital visits and asthma control.
