New asthma care system aims to reduce hospital visits for kids
NCT ID NCT06437444
Summary
This study is testing whether a new coordinated care system improves treatment for children having asthma attacks. The system creates standard steps for doctors and nurses to follow when treating mild to moderate asthma attacks in children ages 2-14. Researchers will measure if the system leads to more consistent use of proper breathing treatments and better follow-up care.
