Summary
This early-stage study tests a new tablet (AST2303) in 120 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if it can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants must have at least one measurable tumor and provide blood or tissue samples for testing.
