Summary
This study looks at people with a lung condition caused by the fungus Aspergillus that has features of both chronic infection and allergy. It compares treatment with just an antifungal pill (itraconazole) versus that pill plus steroids. The goal is to see which approach works better at improving symptoms and lung scans over 6 to 12 months.
