Fungus lung disease: which drug combo works best?

Summary

This study looks at people with a mix of two lung conditions caused by the Aspergillus fungus. It compares taking one antifungal drug (itraconazole) alone versus taking it with steroids. The goal is to see which approach leads to better symptom control and lung health after 6 and 12 months. About 104 adults will take part.
