Summary
This early-phase study tested two drugs, ASP8374 and cemiplimab, in 14 people with a returning type of brain cancer called glioblastoma. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if giving the drugs before surgery could boost the immune response against the tumor. The study focused on safety and tumor changes, not a cure.
