First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This study tests whether a daily 150mg ashwagandha supplement can reduce sleep disturbances in 54 adults with poor sleep. Participants take either the supplement or a placebo for 28 days and wear an Oura ring to measure how often they wake up at night. The goal is to see if ashwagandha improves sleep quality compared to a dummy pill.
