Summary
This study tests whether a daily 150mg sustained-release ashwagandha supplement can reduce disturbed sleep in 54 adults. Participants take either the supplement or a placebo for 28 days and wear an Oura ring to track how often they wake up at night. The goal is to see if ashwagandha improves sleep quality compared to a placebo.
