Summary
This study tested whether a daily 150mg sustained-release ashwagandha supplement can reduce disturbed sleep in 54 adults with poor sleep quality. Participants took either the supplement or a placebo for 28 days and wore an Oura ring to track how often they woke up after falling asleep. The goal was to see if ashwagandha helps people stay asleep longer.
