Summary

This study tested whether a smartphone app (ARTHE-e) helps people with knee osteoarthritis follow their exercise plan better than standard care. About 120 adults aged 40-85 with knee osteoarthritis participated. The app provides guidance and reminders to support exercise adherence, aiming to ease symptoms and improve quality of life.
