Summary
This study explores whether an 8-week program combining art, mindfulness, and body awareness in a university museum can reduce pain and improve quality of life for women with fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia causes widespread pain, fatigue, and sleep problems. About 44 women will be randomly assigned to either the museum program or a control group to see if this creative setting helps them cope better.
