Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ARO-DIMERPA in adults with mixed hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol and high triglycerides). The goal is to see if it is safe and can lower harmful blood fats. About 78 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. This is an early-stage trial to gather safety data and measure effects on cholesterol and triglycerides.
