Summary

This early-stage study tests a new medicine called ARO-DIMERPA in 78 adults with mixed hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol and high triglycerides). The main goal is to check safety and how well the drug lowers harmful blood fats. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers monitor side effects and changes in cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
