First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at how to help Suicide Intervention Officers in the Connecticut Army National Guard. These officers are trained to spot soldiers in crisis and connect them with help, but they often lack support themselves. Researchers will test ways to support these officers and see if it lowers suicide risk in their units. About 57 officers and chaplains will take part.
