Summary

This early-phase study tested whether adding immunotherapy drugs (durvalumab, monalizumab, or oleclumab) to radiation therapy is safe for people with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The trial enrolled 26 participants and focused on tracking side effects and how well patients could complete the planned treatment. The goal was to find safer, more effective ways to control the disease.
