Eye drop hope: atropine may cut Post-Surgery pain

Summary
This study tests whether atropine eyedrops help reduce pain and inflammation after vitrectomy, a type of eye surgery. About 62 adults having vitrectomy will receive atropine or a placebo. Researchers will measure pain scores and signs of eye inflammation to see if atropine provides relief.
