Eye drop study aims to soothe Post-Surgery pain

Summary

This study tests whether atropine eyedrops help reduce pain and inflammation after a type of eye surgery called vitrectomy. About 62 adults who are having this surgery will receive atropine or a placebo. Researchers will measure pain levels and signs of eye swelling to see if the drops make recovery more comfortable.
