Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week mobile app can help adults with somatic symptom disorder or medically unexplained symptoms feel better. About 110 adults will either use the app or continue their usual care. The app teaches mind-body awareness and stress management. Researchers will measure symptom changes and how usable the app is.
