Summary

This study is testing whether a mobile app can help women manage urinary incontinence during menopause. For 8 weeks, one group of women used an app with educational content and received twice-weekly phone counseling, while another group did not. Researchers are measuring if the app helps reduce incontinence severity and improves sleep and quality of life.
