NCT ID NCT07189000

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app that guides patients through exercises, nutrition tracking, and mood check-ins before cancer surgery can improve their physical function and reduce anxiety. Sixty adults scheduled for elective cancer surgery will either use the app or receive usual care. The main goal is to see if the app helps them walk farther just before surgery, with no extra hospital visits required.
