New hope for Hard-to-Treat cancers: APL-5125 enters human trials

Summary
This study tests a new drug, APL-5125, in adults with advanced solid tumors like colorectal, pancreatic, and ovarian cancer. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink or control tumors. About 100 participants will receive the drug in two phases to find the best dose and measure its effects.
