New hope for Hard-to-Treat cancers: experimental drug APL-5125 enters human trials

Summary

This study tests a new drug called APL-5125 in adults with advanced solid tumors, including colorectal, pancreatic, and breast cancers. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink or control tumors. About 100 participants will receive the drug in two phases, first to find the right dose and then to measure its effect on colorectal cancer.
