NCT ID NCT07399132

First seen Feb 13, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new vaccine (APL-10456) designed to protect against rhinovirus, the main cause of the common cold. About 144 healthy volunteers, split into younger (18-54) and older (55+) groups, will receive either the vaccine or a placebo. Researchers will monitor safety, side effects, and immune response to see if the vaccine triggers protective antibodies.
