New drug could save legs from amputation in artery disease patients

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called APAC that helps prevent blood clots in people with blocked leg arteries. It includes up to 42 adults aged 45-85 with severe disease, some of whom will have a procedure to restore blood flow. The goal is to see if APAC is safe and find the best dose, with participants followed for up to 6 months.
