New digital therapy aims to calm anxiety for those facing early dementia
NCT ID NCT05748613
Summary
This study is testing whether a computerized anxiety treatment can help older adults with early-stage memory loss or mild Alzheimer's disease feel less anxious and stressed. It also looks at whether the treatment reduces the burden on their family caregivers. Researchers will compare the anxiety program to a general health education program in 388 pairs of patients and their caregivers.
