Summary

This study interviews 30 adults with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, or PTSD who previously completed a trial comparing two therapies: metacognitive therapy (MCT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). The goal is to learn what participants thought about each treatment to help doctors offer better care. No new treatment is given—just one interview to gather opinions.
