First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study interviews 30 adults with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, or PTSD who have already completed a larger trial comparing two therapies: metacognitive therapy (MCT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). The goal is to understand what participants thought about each treatment, to help doctors and therapists choose the best approach for each person. No new treatment is given; this is purely about gathering opinions.
