Summary

This study tests whether Truvada, an antiviral drug that fights Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), can reduce EBV levels in saliva and blood of 50 adults with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers also want to see if the drug is safe and tolerable for people with MS. The goal is to understand if controlling EBV could help manage MS.
