Heart valve repair aftercare: which blood thinner is best?

Summary
This study looks at the best way to use blood thinners after a minimally invasive heart valve repair (TEER) in people with mitral regurgitation. About 1,032 participants who do not need long-term blood thinners will be randomly assigned to different anti-clotting strategies. The goal is to find which approach reduces bleeding complications over one year.
