This early-phase study tested a treatment for people whose B-cell cancers (like lymphoma or leukemia) came back after a donor stem cell transplant. Researchers took white blood cells from the original donor, genetically modified them to recognize and attack cancer cells, and gave them to 85 patients. The main goal was to check safety and find the right dose, with follow-up lasting up to 15 years.
