Blood test may spare some transplant patients from chemo

Summary
This study tests whether a blood test (ctDNA) can help doctors choose the right treatment for people with a type of lymphoma that happens after an organ transplant (PTLD). About 30 participants will be split into low-risk and high-risk groups. Low-risk patients will get only the targeted drug rituximab, while high-risk patients will receive stronger chemotherapy (R-EPOCH). The goal is to see if the blood test can guide treatment to be both effective and less toxic.
