Summary
This study looks at whether adding ankle or hip mobility exercises to standard rehab helps people with chronic ankle instability more. Forty adults aged 18-30 with a history of ankle sprains will do 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure flexibility, range of motion, stability, and balance to see which approach works better.
