Summary
This study looked at whether doing ankle exercises can quickly improve knee pain and knee joint awareness in people with long-term knee pain. 114 adults aged 18 to 70 with knee pain for at least six months took part. Researchers compared ankle exercises to standard knee exercises to see which worked better for reducing pain and improving how well the knee senses its position.
