New hope for women with hidden heart disease: drug trial targets chest pain

Summary

This study tests whether a drug called Brezavvy can improve blood flow in the small heart vessels of women who have chest pain but no major blockages. About 150 women will take the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks and have heart scans and questionnaires. The goal is to see if the drug reduces symptoms and improves quality of life.
