Summary
This study looks at whether a lighter sedation (sedoanalgesia) or general anesthesia leads to better early brain recovery in people having emergency clot removal after a stroke. About 62 patients with severe strokes will be monitored for neurological scores and vital signs during and after the procedure. The goal is to find out which anesthesia method is safer and supports faster recovery.
