First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a lighter sedation (sedoanalgesia) or full general anesthesia leads to better early brain recovery in people having emergency clot removal after a severe stroke. About 62 participants with large artery blockages will be monitored for neurological scores and vital signs. The goal is to find which method is safer and supports faster recovery.
