Summary
This study compares three different drug combinations used during anesthesia for brain tumor surgery. Researchers want to see which combination helps patients wake up faster, experience less pain after surgery, and need fewer additional pain medications. The study involves 108 patients undergoing elective brain surgery at Zagazig University.
