Summary
This study aims to find the best combination of anesthesia drugs for patients having brain tumor surgery. Researchers will compare three different drug add-ons to see which helps control pain best, keeps blood pressure stable, and allows for faster waking after surgery. The goal is to improve comfort and recovery for people undergoing this major operation.
