Summary

This study tests a combination of the targeted drug amivantamab plus two chemotherapy drugs (carboplatin and paclitaxel) in 50 people with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants have already tried a PD-1 inhibitor and have not had platinum chemotherapy before.
