Summary
This study tests whether taking essential amino acids and doing exercise can improve muscle strength and function in people on dialysis who have muscle loss (sarcopenia). About 40 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the supplement plus exercise or standard care. The goal is to see if this combination can help them walk better and feel stronger.
