Summary
This study is creating a large database to learn more about Alzheimer's disease and dementia. It will follow over 450 adults, some with memory concerns and others with a family history of Alzheimer's, during their regular medical care. Researchers will collect health information over time to see how different factors affect memory and risk, aiming to improve future care and prevention strategies.
