New study tests better bone grafts for cleft palate repair

Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques to rebuild bone in the upper jaw of people with bilateral cleft palate. Twenty participants will receive either a double bone block or traditional bone chips. Researchers will measure bone stability and healing over time using X-rays.
