New study tests better bone grafts for cleft palate repair

Summary

This study compares two surgical techniques to rebuild the upper jaw bone in people born with a bilateral cleft palate. Twenty participants will receive either a double bone block or a traditional bone chip graft. The goal is to see which method gives better bone volume and fewer complications.
