Summary
This study looks at whether playing alternative sports (korfball, flag football, kin-ball, ultimate frisbee) in gym class can improve strength, speed, coordination, and enjoyment in 210 healthy primary school students. For 8 weeks, one group will do these sports while the other follows usual classes. Researchers will measure physical skills and happiness before and after to see if the new games make a difference.
