Summary
This study tests a two-drug chemotherapy plan (alternating FOLFOX and FOLFIRI) in adults aged 65 and older with newly diagnosed metastatic pancreatic cancer. The goal is to see if this approach causes fewer side effects than the standard three-drug regimen, while still controlling the cancer. The study enrolled 37 participants and is no longer recruiting.
