Summary
This study looks at whether switching between two chemotherapy drugs (FOLFOX and FOLFIRI) can reduce side effects in people aged 65 and older with metastatic pancreatic cancer. The goal is to find a treatment that is easier to tolerate than the standard three-drug regimen. 37 participants will be monitored for toxicity and how long they live without the cancer getting worse.
