Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called ALTA3263 in adults with advanced solid tumors (like pancreatic, lung, or colorectal cancer) that have a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the right dose. About 448 participants whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will take part.
