Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a combination of two drugs, dasatinib and quercetin, is safe and feasible for people with mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer's disease. The drugs target senescent ('zombie') cells that accumulate with aging. Twenty participants aged 55 and older will receive the treatment and be monitored for side effects and tolerability.
