Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a new stem cell therapy (XS228CN) is safe for people with ALS, a disease that damages nerve cells controlling movement. Researchers will give the cells to 12 adults aged 18-75 and watch for side effects over 28 days. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe enough to study further.
