Summary

This study takes small skin samples from people with ALS, healthy carriers of ALS-related gene changes, and volunteers without the disease. The skin cells are grown in the lab to see how they behave under stress. The goal is to better understand what goes wrong in ALS at the cellular level. No treatment is being tested.
