Summary

This study follows up to 1,200 people with Autoimmune Lymphoproliferative Syndrome (ALPS) and their relatives to learn how the disease works, how it is inherited, and how it changes over time. Participants will have yearly check-ups and tests at the NIH. The goal is to better understand the immune system problems that cause ALPS and to improve future treatments.
